Cancellation Policy

• Client cancellation within 14 days of departure: deposit forfeited.

• Over 3.5m swell predicted at Noordhoek.
  
• 25kn wind (30kn gusts) predicted at Noordhoek.
  
• Rain predicted at time of cruise.
  

Additional Terms

• No rewards are due if ship equipment malfunctions during a charter.
  
• Clients are responsible for any loss or damage to equipment they supply.
  
• If the captain considers any guest a danger to themselves or others, the charter will return to port immediately and costs will be forfeited.
